2. Informational pricing
Prices shown on this site are informational estimates. They are not offers and do not create a binding contract until both parties accept a scoped proposal.
3. No payment processing on this site
This website does not process payments or host checkout. Invoices, if any, are issued separately under the engagement agreement.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to agreed bank statements and reconciling packs, and named contacts for scheduling. Delays in access may extend timelines.
5. Deliverables and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, you receive a licence to use engagement deliverables for your internal operations. Our methods, templates, and pre-existing materials remain our property.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect confidential information received during an engagement and use it only for performing or receiving the services.
7. Acceptable use of the website
You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse forms, or scrape content for competing commercial datasets without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Advisory findings are based on information available during the engagement window. We do not warrant uninterrupted cash operations or specific business outcomes. Liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales as applied in the United Kingdom.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
